Take advantage of our ready-made stands and customize them with your own brand identity, book exhibition space only and build your own stand, choose a ready-made stand, or use our design and construction service.

Expostart €670 is charged from all exhibitors.
Expostart includes:
- socket 16A 230V 3,6kW, energy consumption, installation and dismantling.
- Publicity fee includes an exhibitor profile on the event website’s exhibitor list. Exhibitors can enrich their profile with their company logo, a link to their website, information about stand activities, and other relevant company details.
- The environmental fee includes a contribution towards waste management costs. Small amounts of waste may be left at the stand, and any carpet used at the stand may be left rolled up. If the carpet has been ordered through the Messukeskus, we will take care of this on your behalf.
For co-exhibitors, the publicity and environmental fee is €450.

You can complement your exhibition space with a stand package that includes wall structures, carpeting, a fascia board with text and lighting.
Exhibition space is not included in the stand construction package prices and must be booked separately.

A key aspect of Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre’s sustainability work is the economic and employment impact of the event venue on its surroundings. Last year, events held at Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre generated a revenue stream of €187 million for the Helsinki metropolitan area, with the employment impact amounting to 2 535 person-years.

Terms of participation
The terms below apply in addition to the general terms of participation of the Finnish Fair Corporation.
- Expostart €670 (incl. socket 16A 230 V 3,6 kW and energy consumption, Publicity and environmental fee) is charged from all exhibitors.
- The invoice for participation is due 7 August 2027.
- Exhibition stands must be enclosed by perimeter wall structures with a height of 2.5 metres.
- Any stand constructions exceeding 250 cm are considered additional advertising space and subject to an extra charge 45 € + VAT / advertising space (m²). Minimum charge is €450+VAT and maximum charge is €4500+ VAT.
- Stands with two storeys: the square meters of the second storey are subject to a charge which is 50 % of the space rental.
- Joint stands: If the stand is used by several exhibitors, a Publicity
and environmental fee €450 is charged from all exhibitors. The
company in charge of making the reservation is required to
manage all other invoices. - An extra charge of 25 € is charged if additional invoices need to
be made when, for example, the space rental is paid by several
companies, or the company contact information is being changed. - VAT is added to all prices.
- Prices are valid until one month before the event.
